How I Can Help You

For the past 32 years, I have been assisting many members in our community and surrounding areas with an array of mental health issues confronting them and their families.  My therapeutic approach focuses on showing you how to change your life by helping you derive a new sense of who you really are, who you want to be, and acquiring the necessary skills to make the desired change in your life a reality.  I help you accomplish this by providing you with detailed resources and information on how to change aspects of your life that are keeping you from being where you want to be.
